Inter-American Foundation Colombia Project

Our partnership with the Inter-American Foundation encompasses an evaluation of IAF funded work for peacebuilding in the Department of Cauca and the Montes de Maria region of Colombia. We are also working with IAF to explore and pilot how EPI might be adapted for the Foundation’s monitoring and evaluation efforts more broadly across Latin America.

The project will provide IAF with empirical evidence of the local reception of its projects, work towards a participatory evaluation process and tool tailored to IAF’s programming and help IAF grantees better understand the effectiveness of their work. EPI staff in the US and Colombia are working closely with IAF representatives, consultants and partners to conduct a robust evaluation of the Foundation’s peacebuilding support and accompany its monitoring and evaluation systems.
