Design and evaluate

Looking to design or evaluate your organization’s policies and programs using real, community-driven data? We can help.
We invite NGOs, civil society organizations and government agencies to collaborate with us, using our unique bottom-up approach. Our methodology centers on metrics generated by the communities themselves, capturing the everyday realities of those directly impacted by your initiatives.
By harnessing these local insights, we ensure your evaluations reflect true, on-the-ground conditions. Partnering with us puts local voices at the forefront, helping shape policies and programs that lead to real, lasting improvements.

Engage with the community

By involving community members in the indicator collection process, we help our partners promote ownership and empower residents to identify and address their own priorities and challenges.
We also support our partners to engage communities by sharing the everyday indicator findings through various methods, including Photovoice — a creative technique where community members visually document everyday indicators through photography. This method fosters dialogue and helps overcome social, educational and linguistic barriers to participation.
