In the municipality of Buenos Aires, Cauca Department, there are many young people with hidden talents. By hidden talents, I mean that there are limited opportunities to showcase their artistic abilities and other skills outside the region. This is a sad situation, but one that needs to be improved. These are seeds that must be sown to harvest a bright future. The art of children, adolescents, and young people should be prioritized.
