Don Toño is a man who is dedicated to the commercialization of all the milk in the area and benefits from the cobblestone to transport it. It also helps many people who travel through the area daily, including workers seeking sustenance for their families, boys and girls going to school, etc. The cobblestone was built in honor of the victims when armed groups arrived in the area, taking control. It is a way of apologizing to the community.
