We believe that if communities are to lead, they must have access to the knowledge they helped create. In the past, we shared raw data and summary reports. But this approach didn’t always connect with community members. To bridge that gap, we developed an interactive card game to make the information more meaningful and accessible.
The card game has been tested in more than 15 dialogue workshops across 24 communities in Antioquia, Norte del Cauca, and Sucre. It draws on peace, justice and coexistence indicators gathered between 2019 and 2022. Each deck features 40 indicators prioritized by community members, organized by theme and type. One side of each card presents locally grounded details; the other side offers a question format with answer options. This interactive tool encourages participation, strengthens understanding of the data, and sparks deeper conversations about community priorities.
